A little something about myself
My academic interests include Wireless Communications and Optical Communications. I shall be pursuing my Master's thesis with Dr. Rohit Budhiraja (Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Kanpur) in the area of UAV-aided Wireless Communications. I had a great experience at NYU Tandon last summer working on information theoretic problems in wireless communications, however for my Master's thesis I have shifted to slightly more applied problems. I plan to continue my foray into academia by pursuing a PhD, but life is never certain, is it?
My non-academic interests include journalism, content writing, mentoring, music, films and TV shows!
I am and have been a part of numerous bodies in IIT Kanpur. Currently, I am the Chief Editor of Vox Populi, the campus journalism body. In the past, I have served as a Core Team member of Counselling Service, IIT Kanpur. All these involvements have played their part in shaping the person I am today!
